These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Courtsify platform (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Registration creates a pending account that must be approved by a platform administrator before access is granted. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
The Service is offered on a modular, per-business subscription basis. Fees, enabled modules, and billing cycles are as agreed at sign-up or as later updated. Non-payment may result in suspension of access to some or all modules.
You retain ownership of the business data you enter. We process it to provide the Service and apply reasonable technical measures to protect it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you record (bookings, inventory, expenses, etc.).
Where you provide personal identifiers such as CNIC, you confirm you have the right to do so. Such data is treated as sensitive and access is restricted to authorised parties.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, add, or remove features, and may revise these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Rejected or disabled accounts may be retained for audit purposes.
